Our growing portfolio includes Lipsy, Love & Roses, Friends Like These, Beauty at NEXT and Seraphine — all available through next.co.uk, connecting with millions of customers across the UK and beyond.

At the heart of our business is a passionate team driven by creativity, innovation, and a shared ambition to deliver exceptional results. We foster a culture where individuality is celebrated, curiosity is encouraged, and challenging the status quo is part of how we grow.

About the role

We’re looking for two Office Managers to facilitate and manage the day to day operations of our Next Offices in Central London. One will take the lead at our brand-new Alfred Place office and the other will ensure our Glen House office on Tottenham Court Road runs smoothly.

You’ll handle the day-to-day operations, support events, manage facilities and make sure Health & Safety standards are met. Your role will be key in creating a professional and welcoming environment where colleagues feel supported.

You will

  • Be the main point of contact for all Head Office employees, supporting day-to-day workspace needs
  • Oversee office operations, including onboarding new starters, managing parcels, stationery, and general facilities
  • Partner with contractors and internal teams on workspace projects and improvements
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance across the office, including training, fire warden/first aider coverage and incident reporting
  • Support and help coordinate events, activations and seasonal office initiatives
  • Assist with IT equipment and technology support, liaising with teams to keep systems running smoothly
  • Manage budgets, invoices and expenses related to office operations.

Your talent

  • Proven experience in office management, facilities, or operations coordination
  • Experience managing Health & Safety compliance and office procedures
  • Comfortable coordinating contractors, vendors and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident liaising with staff at all levels
  • IT literate: comfortable with Microsoft Office, internal systems and basic tech troubleshooting
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in spotting issues before they become problems
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional, with a positive attitude
  • Flexible and adaptable — able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment
  • Solutions-focused: enjoys problem-solving and making processes more efficient

What we can do for you…

  • 25% off a huge selection of Next, Next Wholly Owned Brands, GAP and Victoria's Secret products & 10% off most partner brands & up to 15% off Branded Beauty
  • Hot deals and exclusive offers from over 3,500 retailers through Perks At Work
  • We recognise hard work with our company performance-based bonus
  • Life Assurance
  • Join our Next Sharesave Scheme
  • Digital GP Service for help at home
  • Lesson the impact with our Annual Travel Card Loan
  • Never miss a package and with Direct to Desk delivery
  • Bag a bargain at our sample sales
  • Learn, develop and grow with our personal development plans
  • Enjoy more time with friends and family with Early Bank Holiday finishes
  • Join in the fun with our year-round office events
