The Office Manager, under the direct supervision of the Regional Operations Manager, will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the assigned office and warehouse location.

Essential Functions:

  • Oversight and support of operations for designated office
  • Drive team performance through organization and planning
  • Ensure that office is operating at the highest possible standards by following all processes and procedures
  • Lend support to local personnel for compliance of office operations
  • Assist with interviewing and training
  • Manage overall performance of all direct reports

Education and Experience

  • College Degree required
  • Minimum two-years of customer service experience
