Job Description

As part of the role, you will sit in the front desk reception and will come to the Office ,located in Ramat Hahayal, Tel - Aviv, 5 times a week.

As we work towards efficiency and quality, we need an out of the box, creative, process-oriented soul to help support our teams as they grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing,cleaning company, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Coordinate with IT department and procurement department on all office equipment.
  • Working with the Finance department to process invoices, purchase orders, and track receipts.
  • Provide general support to visitors, and candidates.
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary and support welfare activities.
  • Supporting new employees onboarding and departure process.
  • Managing meeting rooms reservations and assisting with scheduling meetings and appointments

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience- Adventege
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a "can-do" attitude
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - both English and Hebrew - Must
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Service oriented
