岗位职责
一、车辆管理
1.办公车辆与员工配车的调度安排、使用登记及台账维护
2.车辆注册、年检、保险等相关行政事务
3.定期保养、维修安排及与车行、保险等外部伙伴的对接
4.油卡、停车许可、充电卡管理及费用跟踪
Vehicle Management
1.Schedule and coordinate office vehicles and employee-assigned cars, maintaining usage records and logs
2.Handle vehicle registration, annual inspections, insurance renewals, and related administrative matters
3.Arrange regular vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs, coordinating with dealerships and insurance partners
4.Manage fuel cards, parking permits, charging cards, and track associated costs
二、办公室日常运营
1.办公空间、会议室、工位的日常协调与维护
2.办公用品、茶歇物资的采购与库存管理
3.对接物业、保洁、绿植等本地服务供应商
4.协助新员工入职的行政准备(工位、设备、门禁等)
5.办公室小型活动的后勤支持(节日布置、团建协调等)
Daily Office Operations
1.Coordinate and maintain office spaces, meeting rooms, and workstations
2.Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and pantry items to ensure adequate availability
3.Liaise with local service providers including property management, cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance vendors
4.Support new employee onboarding preparations (workstation setup, access cards, office supplies, etc.)
5.Provide logistical support for office events and reception activities
三、员工行政支持
1.协助德国团队在签证、差旅、接待等方面的日常需求
2.支撑总部行政在德国当地的制度落地与福利实施
3.收集并反馈德国职场员工的行政诉求
Employee Administrative Support
1.Assist the German team with administrative needs related to visas, business travel, and reception
2.Support the implementation of HQ administrative policies and employee benefits in Germany
3.Collect and relay employee feedback on administrative services, contributing to continuous improvement
四、协同与信息流转
配合Office Manager完成总部要求的各类信息与数据提报
Coordination and Information Flow
Collaborate with the Office Manager to complete information and data reporting as required by HQ
职位要求
基本要求Qualifications
1.本科及以上学历,专业不限,行政管理、商务管理、语言类等相关专业优先
2.具备1-3年行政、运营或相关工作经验,有跨国企业或跨文化工作经验者优先
Basic Requirements
1.Bachelor‘s degree or above, preferably in Administration, Business Management, or Language studies, though other majors are also considered
2.1-3 years of experience in administration, operations, or related fields; experience in multinational or cross-cultural environments is an advantage
