Status Permanent, full time

Schedule:Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Workplace : 334 Park Ave E, Brandon, MB R7A 7A7

The Brandon Office Lead is responsible for supporting the day-to-day coordination of Sollio and IVS activities at the Brandon location. This role helps ensure the office, warehouse, events, contractors, administrative processes, and customer-facing activities are managed effectively, while providing reliable support to staff and maintaining business continuity during absences, holidays, and peak activity periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Brandon office activities for Sollio and IVS to ensure the location operates efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with business expectations.

• Act as petty cash holder and reviewer, ensuring proper documentation, accuracy, and accountability.

• Monitor warehouse activity and support warehouse staff to help maintain proper stock levels, inventory rotation, and orderly storage practices.

• Coordinate property and lot maintenance, including lawn care, cleaning, gravel, snow removal, contractor scheduling, and other required site services.

• Organize and coordinate contractors for maintenance, repairs, service work, and other facility-related requirements.

• Support Occupational Health and Safety requirements, including preparation for and participation in OHS audits.

Event Planning and Sales Support

• Coordinate Brandon-area events with management support, including Hog Days, Ag Show, IVS events, the Winter Fair, and other regional activities.

• Book event venues, lunches, suppers, and related arrangements as required.

• Coordinate booth supplies, giveaways, swag, booth backdrops, and other event materials.

• Review event processes, outcomes, and proposed improvements with management to support continuous improvement.

Administrative and Financial Support

• Complete IVS and Sollio bank deposits accurately and on time.

• Process monthly credit card charges and complete debit batch reporting as required.

• Mail or email IVS customer statements.

• Send invoices to the appropriate contacts for payment processing.

• Assist with IVS and Sollio month-end tasks.

• Review and complete IVS special pricing with Jeff Ross.

• Review IVS sales orders requiring scripts and support follow-up as needed.

Staff Support and Business Continuity

• Provide day-to-day support to staff and remain available to assist when team members are on holidays or out of the office.

• Coordinate and cover holiday requests to help ensure there is no disruption to business operations.

• Support the weekly Sollio order process.

• Assist with IVS store ordering, receiving, and related inventory activities.

• Maintain and review IVS inventory records and expiry logs.

• Manage courtesy vehicle coordination and related administrative requirements.

• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Office administration experience.

  • Customer service experience.

  • Warehouse experience is considered an asset.

  • Experience in agriculture or livestock production is considered an asset.

  • Some supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate operations effectively.
