Job Description

Job Title: Office Junior

Location: Sandwich, Kent

About the company: They are a leading umbrella services company providing comprehensive payroll and administrative support to contractors and freelancers. Their mission is to simplify the complexities of employment and ensure their clients can focus on their core activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with general office duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Customer Service: Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organise company records, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-organised, including managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Team Assistance: Support various departments with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

Education: GCSEs or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or related fields are a plus.

Skills:

    • Strong organisational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience: Previous experience in an office environment is desirable but not essential.
