Smadex is a leading advertising technology company founded in Barcelona in 2010 and sold to American-based and stock-listed Entravision in 2018 (NYSE::EVC). We power campaigns for Apps, Games and Brands across Mobile and CTV using advanced machine learning and optimized creative strategies to deliver results. Smadex is one of the fastest growing DSPs and we are adding talent to fuel our ambitious plans.

This is a 6-month full-time on site internship in Barcelona

As we continue to expand our global team, you will work in a multicultural environment with professionals from over 40 different countries. Working under the guidance of our Office Manager, you will help ensure that our office runs smoothly and that our employees have everything they need to succeed.

Your Role focuses on creating a fantastic workplace environment. You will support the Office Manager in the following areas:

• Manage day-to-day office activities, including receiving deliveries and replenishing snacks and supplies.
• Ensure the office looks nice and tidy on a daily basis and receive guests.
• Help ensure office equipment and facilities are working smoothly and are looked after at all times.
• Support the Office Manager and HR Director in preparing reports and organizing office digital documentation.
• Research for providers and contacting them to ensure high-quality office services.

• Partner with HR to help with administrative tasks, organize onsite interviews, and support onboarding and offboarding.
• Help organize and execute our weekly activities, monthly TGIF events, Summer and EOY events, work anniversary celebrations and team-building events.
• Draft or proofread internal announcements regarding office updates, events, or maintenance schedules for the company's Slack channels or email aliases.
• Suggest changes to existing processes to improve the efficiency and structure of the office management.

Your skills and experience:

• Immediate availability to start is highly important for this role.
• Proficient level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse and international team.
• Solid command of Excel for reporting tasks.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Eligibility for a university internship agreement (Convenio) and a valid legal permit to work in Spain.
