We are looking for someone to be the go-to person for our Amsterdam office. You'll be the first point of contact for the team on-site, keeping things running smoothly day-to-day from stocking the kitchen to organising memorable team events. You'll work closely with our Global Facilities Manager and play a key role in making our office a great place to be. Real responsibility from day one. We would like you to join our team in Amsterdam for a period of 6–12 months starting in August/September 2026.
Be the first point of contact for the Amsterdam office, helping the team with their queries and communicating information relevant to the office.
Order and manage groceries for the Amsterdam team, ensuring the office is always well-stocked.
Be part of the social committee and organize fun events at the Amsterdam office.
Proactively handle office maintenance tasks; think coffee and ice machine descaling, plant care, and keeping everything in great shape.
Work closely with the Global Facilities Manager to ensure a consistent and high-quality office experience.
Collaborate on global office projects to ensure all Quinyx offices live up to a high standard.
Support globally by handling first-line office and facilities queries from teams across the business.
Professional fluency in English, and Dutch is a plus.
Studying Facility Management, Hospitality Management, or a related bachelor's programme.
Available for 40 hours per week.
Currently enrolled at a Dutch educational institution for the full duration of the internship, and eligible to do an internship in the Netherlands.
Available for 40 hours per week, full-time in office.
