Office Head Technician

Birmingham

£26,000 to £28,350.40 plus commission

Hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

About the Role

  • You will operate within an office environment, where customers pre‑arrange appointments and attend according to their scheduled times.
  • You'll work independently, delivering high‑quality repairs while creating a warm, reassuring experience for every customer who walks through the door.
  • You'll manage stock, keep the basics running smoothly and spot opportunities to boost sales.
  • Office locations can be fast‑paced, so you'll need confidence working solo and the ability to stay organised.
  • The goal is simple: make your office the go‑to place for quality repairs.
  • You will be is an individual contributor opportunity and will report to the area manager.

What You'll Do

  • Repair smartphones and tablets, including screens, batteries and cameras.
  • Greet customers, answer questions and offer helpful tech advice.
  • Online appointment ownership and managing repairs throughout the week
  • Stock management
  • Follow safety guidelines to maintain a secure environment.
  • Support sales by recommending accessories and solutions.

What You Need

  • Experience repairing smartphones or tablets for brands like Apple, Samsung or Google.
  • Hands-on experience repairing smartphones or tablets for major brands such as Apple, Samsung, or Google.
  • Clear, friendly communication skills with the ability to support customers.
  • Ability to work independently, using your initiative to diagnose and resolve issues.
