Office Fit-Out Program Manager / PMO (US Tech Client)

Key Responsibilities:
- Command the end-to-end program governance, critical path scheduling, and operational delivery of ultra-prime, fast-tracked technology sector workplace portfolios in Singapore.
- Act as the primary interface for elite, highly professional US/EU technology stakeholders, translating their global design standards into flawless local execution.
- Supervise top-tier international architecture studios, specialized MEP engineers, and premium fit-out contractors, enforcing an absolute zero-defect standard.
- Establish sophisticated PMO control systems, meticulously tracking multimillion-dollar capital budgets, complex procurement lead times, and stage-gate risk milestones.
- Lead the project through Singapore's regulatory clearances, securing swift statutory handovers and seamless corporate day-one operations.

Project Scope:
- Next-Gen Hyperscale Workplace Portfolios: Manage multi-floor, high-budget corporate fit-outs for iconic US/EU Silicon Valley technology giants.
- High-Spec Intelligent Spaces: Deliver cutting-edge corporate environments featuring advanced smart-building automation, custom architectural feature installations, high-density acoustic engineering, and world-class, premium material finishes.

- Credentials: Career experience within top-tier international real estate consultancies or elite fit-out builders. PMP certification or active chartership with international construction bodies is highly preferred.
- Compliance Status: This position is an immediate 1-year extendable contract vacancy. Candidates must hold pre-existing, independent legal work rights in Singapore (Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident).
