Job DetailsJob Location: Chalfont, PA 18914MODE Global is looking for a dynamic Office Experience Coordinator to join our team in Chalfont, PA. This isn’t an ordinary front desk job. We are looking for someone who will provide exceptional customer service to everyone who encounters MODE. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
•    Provide exceptional customer service as greeter and first point of contact for MODE callers, visitors, customers, and staff, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
•    Maintain a clean and aesthetically pleasing reception, pantry, and coffee bar.
•    Assist with setting up weekly employee gatherings, and corporate events.
•    Manage office technology including activating/deactivating and auditing security access cards, and managing conference room reservations and services, including video conference assistance.
•    Create and maintain a receptionist procedure’s manual, process invoices and expense reports as needed, prepare miscellaneous reports, track inventories, and maintain directories and equipment schedules
•    Receive package deliveries. Coordinate pickup for outgoing packages. Retrieve and accurately sort, process, distribute, and deliver incoming mail, interoffice mail, courier deliveries, outgoing packages and mail.
•    Organize, inventory, and stock all print, shipping, and appropriate office supplies
•    Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information responsibly, and with integrity
•    May be responsible for providing assistance with special projects
Qualifications•    Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
•    Requires good organizational skills, time management skills, attention to detail and ability to solve problems related to duties of the job.
•    Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
