To strengthen this mission, we are looking for an Employee Engagement & Workplace Manager who will take ownership of the Munich office experience while actively supporting global engagement, communication, and Learning & Development initiatives.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing people together, creating meaningful experiences, and making the workplace a place where learning and engagement naturally thrive.

What you'll do

Learning and Development Support (People Growth Focus)

  • Support global Learning & Development initiatives within People & Culture
  • Coordinate trainings, workshops, learning sessions, and internal development programs
  • Manage the internal online Academy, including: platform and tool ownership content coordination and maintenance and support with content creation and updates
  • Own learning-related data, tracking participation and helping measure learning impact and effectiveness
  • Support communication and engagement around learning opportunities and programs
  • Work closely with HR and L&D stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and a great learner experience
  • Help strengthen a continuous learning culture by encouraging participation and growth across the organization.

Workplace & Office Experience

  • Own and manage day-to-day operations and workplace experience for the Munich office, including office services, suppliers, and space projects (e.g. office renovation)
  • Act as the main point of contact for all workplace- and office-related topics, ensuring a welcoming, well-organised, and inspiring environment

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and deliver employee engagement events and initiatives in Munich (on-site & hybrid)
  • Support and co-create global engagement activities and events together with international colleagues
  • Develop creative formats that foster connection, collaboration, well-being, and belonging
  • Act as a culture and engagement champion, contributing to a positive and inclusive employee experience

HR & Internal Communication Support

  • Support HR administrative topics, especially those linked to onboarding and employee experience
  • Contribute to internal communication across People & Culture topics
  • Support global communication and engagement initiatives with a structured, people-focused approach

What We Are Looking For

  • Several years of experience in Office Management, Workplace Management, Employee Engagement, Event Management, or a similar role
  • Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
  • Based in Munich and happy to work primarily from the office
  • Exposure to or hands-on experience supporting Learning & Development or HR initiatives
  • AI- and digital-savvy mindset, using tools and technology to work smarter
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with a high attention to detail
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach
  • Confident communicator with a warm, open, and service-minded attitude
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive, reliable, and ownership-driven
  • Passionate about culture, engagement, and continuous learning
