We are looking for a cheerful and efficient Office & Culture Manager to support our Lithuania office (+/- 50 employees currently). You will be the heartbeat of the office - ensuring the workplace runs smoothly and creating a welcoming and positive environment for employees and guests.
This is a hands-on role combining office administration, workplace coordination, and culture initiatives. You will work closely with the Lithuanian team and international colleagues while helping create an exceptional office experience.
Office Operations & Administration
Order office food, drinks, snacks and supplies
Coordinate office vendors and service providers, including: cleaning company, internet provider, building management & maintenance providers
Manage office access, keys and general office logistics
Ensure the office remains organized, professional and welcoming
Culture & Employee Experience
Act as a local culture ambassador
Organize office events, team activities, afterworks, and celebrations
Support local all-hands meetings, summer parties, drinks, and community moments
Welcome guests and support new employee onboarding experiences
Help create a positive and engaging office atmosphere
Local Operational Support
Serve as “boots on the ground” for local office matters
Coordinate with international teams when local support is needed
Support smooth day-to-day office operations
You’re organized, responsible, and proactive, and you take pride in making things run smoothly
You have good technical and digital skills, and learn new systems quickly
You speak and write excellent Lithuanian and English
You’re positive, people-oriented, and service-minded - you enjoy going the extra mile to make others feel good
You have strong self-management skills and can take ownership of tasks from start to finish
You enjoy variety in your work - from admin duties to supporting creative projects
Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio and video content, creators, entertainment and the media industry is a big plus!
Base salary range: Salary from 2,000 EUR gross, depending on experience and skills relative to the role. It’s something we’ll discuss early to align on expectations.
