What We’re Really Looking For

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Office / Operations Manager to help stand up our new Israel office and own its day-to-day operational and administrative life. This person will be the operational backbone of the office—keeping the workplace running seamlessly, coordinating vendors and finances, supporting executives, and making sure internal processes are executed efficiently and on time. No task is too small, and no challenge is too big.

What You’ll Do

Office & Workplace Operations

  • Oversee the day-to-day operational and administrative activities of the Israel office, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently

  • Manage all office operations, including facilities upkeep, maintenance requests, security protocols, and office services

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and external vendors

  • Own office supplies, inventory, and logistics, managing ordering, budgeting, and day-to-day amenities such as office lunch orders

  • Act as the first point of contact for office issues, including IT and connectivity, coordinating resolution with the appropriate providers

  • Ensure office standards, cleanliness, and presentation are consistently high

Administrative & Vendor Operations

  • Serve as the day-to-day liaison with external service providers, including the firm’s financial and administrative partners

  • Track invoices and receipts and keep office records organized and up to date

  • Manage vendor communications and ensure payments and approvals are processed on time

  • Maintain and improve internal processes so that operational workflows are executed efficiently and on schedule

Executive & Team Support

  • Provide administrative and executive support, including calendar coordination, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements

  • Prepare materials for executive and client meetings, often under tight timelines

  • Deliver a polished, white-glove experience for visitors and candidates, coordinating with building security for external guests

  • Support onboarding logistics and new hire setup as the office grows

Culture & Employee Experience

  • Help shape the culture and day-to-day experience of a newly established office

  • Plan and coordinate team events, gatherings, and employee engagement initiatives

  • Proactively identify opportunities to support morale and strengthen the office atmosphere

About You

  • 4+ years of experience in office management, operations, or executive support in a professional environment

  • Fluency in Hebrew and English

  • Experience coordinating with vendors and external service providers, and keeping invoices, receipts, and office records organized

  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through

  • Strong multitasker who stays calm under pressure and can balance competing priorities without letting details slip

  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential matters with discretion

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented, ownership mindset and bias to action

  • Experience helping stand up or scale a new office is a plus

Location

TriEdge is an in-person team. This role is based in our new Israel office in Tel Aviv and is expected to be on-site Monday through Thursday.

Perks & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package

  • Beautiful office with daily lunch

  • Truly an exceptionally bright and kind group of individuals

Pay Transparency:

Base salary range of 15,000 – 20,000 (nis)/month, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
