40The Office Coordinator III (OC III) is responsible for managing and coordinating all office/assistive staff support for the Department. This position monitors all office functions in order to provide efficient customer service and provides leadership/guidance/assistance to clerical and clinical support staff. The OC III provides direct support to the department medical director, physicians, administrative manager and nurses. This position requires excellent organization, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Provides all secretarial support to the staff. Provides clinic schedule build/maintenance
