The Position: We are seeking to recruit an Office Coordinator to join our Perth CBD head office. This position will see you support our vibrant and dynamic office across a broad range of duties from supporting day to day office management, event coordination, and facility management. This role will, ensure seamless balance between exceptional customer services, whilst being the operational backbone for high efficiency operations.

In addition, responsibilities may include the following;

• Reception & Front of House management
• Facilities & Workplace Management
• Event Coordination & management
• Employee onboarding & offboarding support
• HSE support
• General Office Administration

This position will see you work M-F in our head office in Perth CBD in a full-time capacity. This position is full-time on-site requirement.

• Proven experience in corporate reception management, office administration, or high-end hospitality.
• Strong organizational capability with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be agile and manage competing priorities
• Tech-savvy approach with familiarity using modern workplace management software and office tools. Skilled in utilising 365 Microsoft eco system
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
