Job Description

What you’ll do as an Office Coordinator at HealthNet:

The Health Center Office Coordinator performs comprehensive administrative functions and administrative duties requiring self-direction, judgment, and knowledge of policies. This position works independently and provides guidance and supervision to other administrative staff. This position ensures assigned projects are completed in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Compiles and processes payroll for the cost center.
  • Coordinates and maintains department supply inventory.
  • Creates and maintains clinic schedules.
  • Serves as liaison between management staff and other departments and individuals.
  • Acts as a resource to customers and manages incoming calls for the department.
  • Establishes and maintains up-to-date files, records, and systems.
  • Provides day- to-day operational guidance.
  • Takes and distributes minutes.

  • Full-Time
  • Potential Schedule includes Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

What you’ll need as an Office Coordinator at HealthNet:

  • Currently not sponsoring for work visa.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Knowledge of medical billing processes or ability to work with financial data.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology not required, but preferred.
  • Reliable transportation required. Light travel may be required.
