With bold growth plans and strong momentum across multiple markets, we’re now looking for an Office Coordinator for the next phase of growth.

About the Role

You will take complete ownership of the daily operations and environment at our Stockholm headquarters. Reporting to the Head of HR Nordics and working closely with our Office Host, you ensure the office runs seamlessly so our teams can focus on scaling the business. From front-desk hospitality to office supply management and catering logistics, your work directly shapes our workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations, facilities upkeep, supply inventory, and vendor management.

• Deliver professional reception services as the primary point of contact for visitors and employees.

• Manage food and beverage logistics, including daily office breakfasts, team lunches, and event catering.

• Support internal event coordination by arranging supplies, setup, and practical logistics for office gatherings.

• Partner with the HR team to identify and execute continuous improvements to our physical office space.

Qualifications

• A background in hospitality, hotel operations, front-desk service, or office administration.

• Practical experience managing vendor relationships, office inventory, and logistical coordination.

• Strong organizational skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to daily tasks.

• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
