Job Description

Office Coordinator

We’re about building a fantastic place to work, a place filled with great people, good vibes, and a steady supply of coffee. We need a superstar to help us keep the good times rolling!

Become the beating heart of our office from mid-morning to mid-afternoon! This role is part-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM, ideal for someone wanting to juggle kids and their career. You will be the one who makes everything run smoothly, so our team can focus on doing their best work. If you love organising chaos, spreading positivity, and being the go-to person for everything.

What your day would look like:

  • Be the Welcome Committee: Greet visitors with a smile, answer calls like a pro, and make everyone feel at home from the moment they walk in or call.
  • Master of Snacks & Supplies: Manage the sacred coffee supply, stock the snacks, and ensure we never run out of Post-it notes. A true office hero.
  • Conference Room Wizard: Work your magic to schedule, set up, and reset our meeting spaces. You ensure the tech works and the whiteboards are clean, making every meeting a potential victory.
  • Mail & Package Ninja: Efficiently sort, distribute, and ship all incoming and outgoing treasures. You’ll be everyone’s favourite person when a package arrives.
  • Travel organising guru: Be the behind-the-scenes maestro for business trips. From booking flights and hotels to creating simple itineraries, you’ll ensure our team travels with ease and gets where they need to be.
  • Fixer of Things: Be the main point of contact for any office glitches, from a wobbly chair to a printer that’s “having a moment.” You’ll know just who to call.
  • Chief Fun Officer: You’ll be the mastermind behind our team’s good times! Plan and execute everything from monthly birthday celebrations and team-building activities that people actually want to do. Your superpower is bringing people together.

What you will bring:

  • Must-Haves: Superb organisation skills, fantastic communication, a proactive mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Nice-to-Haves: Previous office admin or coordinator experience is great, but a fantastic attitude and willingness to learn are even better!
  • The Vibe: Reliable, friendly, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy helping others.

What’s in it for me:

At Armstrong, we don't offer jobs; we fuel careers and build futures. We believe that a great role should feed your ambition and your well-being.

  • A competitive salary, performance bonus, and all the modern tools you need to win.
  • The Tribe: A supportive, national team with hands-on leadership that has your back. We win together.
  • The Growth: Real career development opportunities
  • The Vibe: We work hard, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. Enjoy fun social events, health & wellbeing programs (think yoga, meditation, EAP), barista-quality coffee, and even a game of table tennis to clear your head.
