OPPORTUNITY

This role provides comprehensive operational support to Product Engineering Hungary, ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day Product Engineering operations, administration, and office capabilities. In addition to operational responsibilities, the role contributes to strategic leadership effectiveness by helping create high‑quality presentations, supporting event management, and coordinating interactions across the organisation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead the weekly Product Engineering management meeting

• Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, administration and office logistics

• Support the site lead day to day operative tasks

• Manage procurement, shipments, customs for Product Engineering Hungary

• Track NPP spend and support PO/GR processes

• Support GDPR documentation

• Ensure compliance and conduct expense audits

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Highly organised and self‑driven individual capable of managing a diverse mix of operational and leadership‑support tasks

• Effective at managing calendars, coordinating priorities and preparing leaders for internal and external engagements

• Able to seamlessly switch between operational tasks and short-notice tasks

• Skilled in creating professional presentations and communications, supported by advanced Excel proficiency within Microsoft 365

• Digitally confident, leveraging AI tools daily to accelerate work, improve throughput and enhance decision‑support materials without the sacrifice on material quality

• Fluent in Hungarian and English

• Demonstrates utmost discretion handling sensitive information

• Resilient, enthusiastic, able to deliver results under pressure

• Proactive and adaptable with a growth mindset using modern digital tools and AI
