This is a remote position.


Office Coordinator


Join a dynamic drywall and framing business where you will assist with daily office tasks and play a key role in maintaining financial records while helping streamline operations. Grow with us as we handle both residential and commercial projects, offering opportunities for increased responsibilities over time.


What You'll Do:


  • Track and input daily hours for subcontractors into multiple Excel reports.

  • Enter bills and invoices from vendors into QuickBooks.

  • Prepare and send out change orders for customer approval.

  • Assist in preparing proposals and related documentation.

  • Support with collection calls to ensure timely payments.

  • As the role grows, additional tasks may include reconciliation, scheduling, ordering materials, assisting with personal reminders for the boss, and other administrative duties.

Be an essential part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced drywall and framing business. You will support the office’s daily operations, collaborate with subcontractors and vendors, and play an important role in customer interactions, ensuring smooth workflow and timely payments.


Who We're Looking For:


  • Basic Excel Skills:

    Ability to notice errors, troubleshoot formulas, maintain templates, and ensure accuracy in reporting.

  • Adaptability:

    Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as the position grows.

  • Detail-Oriented:

    Strong focus on accuracy, especially when handling numbers and financial data.

  • Communication Skills:

    Comfortable making collection calls to ensure timely payments.
