  Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
  • Data entry and updating records in internal databases
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and correspondence

  Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an office clerk, administrative assistant, or similar role
