– Office Boy

Location: Egypt
Department: Administration / Facilities
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations and maintain cleanliness and organization within the workplace. The candidate will assist staff with administrative support tasks, refreshments, document handling, and general office maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office premises, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
• Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
• Handle office errands such as banking, courier services, and purchasing office supplies when required.
• Support administrative staff with day-to-day operational tasks.
• Monitor pantry and cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain hygiene standards.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms for internal and external meetings.
• Support loading/unloading of office materials and deliveries when required.
• Follow company safety and hygiene procedures at all times.

Requirements

• High school qualification or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Basic communication skills in English and Arabic preferred.
• Well-groomed, polite, and professional behavior.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
• Physically fit and capable of performing routine office support duties.

Preferred Skills

• Time management and punctuality.
• Basic understanding of office procedures.
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions

• Office-based role.
• May require occasional overtime depending on operational requirements.
