We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Associate to join our team. As an Office Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital, for both accounting and administrative departments
- Oversee office management tasks, including updating and reporting inventory
- Assist with calculating sales commissions
- Operate phone systems, answer incoming calls, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide administrative support by posting automotive documents
- Be responsible for managing and balancing monthly gross sheets, cashflows, and any ongoing contracts
- Maintain accounts, ensuring all information reflected is accurate and up to date
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in file management, both physical and digital
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle incoming calls professionally
- Excellent administrative skills, including data entry, recordkeeping, and correspondence
- Previous experience in automotive industry preferred
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be located in New Jersey
- Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of using a dealership management system a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
