The Role
The Office Associate – 2nd Shift provides administrative and operational support for field technicians, managers, and other departments. This fast-paced role requires strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and attention to detail. The position ensures smooth workflow and accurate documentation while supporting team efficiency during the evening shift.
Key Responsibilities
• Initiate and maintain professional communication with customers and technicians
• Process and prepare installation paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Ensure accurate documentation, data entry, and collection of payments
• Collaborate with managers, installers, and other departments via email and internal systems
• Assist the team to accomplish jobs efficiently and meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office workspace

Required Qualifications
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient with computers and office software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
