We are seeking an Office Assistant (Part-Time position) to support the daily operations of the office while providing hands-on assistance to operations when needed. This role ensures an organized work environment, manages simple administrative tasks. Ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual.

Responsibilities:

Office Management

  • Maintain general office operations and facility coordination.
  • Facilitating the Friday bar and other social events.
  • Coordinating with other offices, global HR activities, and campaigns
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and office facility vendors.
  • Manage and assist with internal event coordination and support team administrative needs.
  • Coordinate office-related service providers (cleaning, canteen, maintenance, utilities).
  • Be responsible for office hours tidiness (Attendance on Tuesday morning is a must)
  • Lab tidiness

Logistics & Shipment Support

  • Assist in receiving goods and warehouse stacking when needed

Requirements

  • Positive, service-minded, and proactive
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Danish.
  • Familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within part-time hours.
  • Close attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliability, confidentiality, and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Part-time (12-20 hours/week, flexible according to company needs).
  • On-site presence required for office tasks.
  • Close collaboration with Administration, R&D, Operations, Marketing and Finance teams.
