Job Description

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner  
• Greet visitors, applicants, vendors, and employees at the front office window  
• Distribute employment applications and assist applicants with basic questions  
• Perform filing, scanning, copying, and general clerical duties as needed  
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets, including staff lists, employee rosters, and time card labels  
• Prepare weekly employee time cards and attendance sheets accurately and on schedule  
• Assist with monthly OSHA reporting updates, including posting incident information and maintaining related files  
• Support office staff and management with administrative projects and day-to-day operations  
• Maintain organized records and confidential employee information  
• Help ensure smooth communication between office personnel and plant employees  

• Previous office, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred  
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer skills  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities  
• Professional communication and customer service skills  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team  
• Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork and data entry  

• Monday through Friday  
• Day shift
