Office Assistant and Event Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Assistant & Event Coordinator to support daily office operations in Warsaw while delivering high-quality internal and external events. This role combines administration, logistics, and communication to ensure a smooth and engaging workplace experience.

What You Will Do

  • manage day-to-day office administration, including supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination
  • ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning workspace while supporting reception and onboarding logistics
  • plan and deliver internal events such as town halls, team activities, and engagement initiatives
  • support external events, client visits, and leadership meetings, including logistics and vendor coordination
  • drive clear office communication and maintain event calendars, budgets, and documentation

What You Bring

  • strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
  • service-oriented mindset with a proactive and reliable approach
  • excellent communication skills in Polish and English
  • ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel) with solid coordination skills
