Position Summary

We are seeking an Office Assistant to support routine administrative and organizational activities. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable assisting with a variety of office needs while maintaining a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine office and administrative tasks
• Welcome visitors and help direct inquiries appropriately
• Answer and route incoming calls when needed
• Organize documents, correspondence, and office information
• Assist with scheduling and meeting arrangements
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
• Help maintain office supplies and organized work areas
• Prepare materials for meetings and daily activities
• Communicate routine updates and requests to team members
• Provide general administrative support as assigned
