Job Description

Roles and Responsiblities:

• Help maintain files and keep track of important documents
• Manage Supply inventory
• Perform Date Entry as required
• Answering Multi-line phone system
• Delivering messages while also using basic office equipment

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds at times
• Must be able to perform repetitive wrist, hand or finger movements 7+ hours per day
• Must be able to frequently sit and stand for long periods of time

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Office experience preferred
• Experience with MS office and related business and communication tools preferred
• Oganizational and time management skills
• Experience with confidential documentation preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
