We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Office Assistant to support daily office operations while assisting with customer engagement and sales-related activities. Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.

• Support customer engagement and promotional activities.
• Assist with sales opportunities generated through customer interactions.
• Assist with scheduling, data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks.
• Prepare promotional materials and resources for team members.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming office environment.
• Collaborate with team members to support customer engagement and sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales and professional development training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
