We are Fool's Theory, a company specializing in the development of narrative-driven video games and tools that streamline their production. Since 2018, we have been operating in the gaming industry, bringing together experienced developers who have contributed to many well-known RPG titles.

Taking care of the office space and ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Cooperating with building administration and external service providers (e.g., cleaning staff, building administrators).
Monitoring and replenishing office supplies and groceries.
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, courier services, deliveries).

Supporting the organization of company events and office engagement activities.
Cooperating closely with the Office Manager and other back-office team members.
Taking care of document flow and archiving.
Coordinating business travel for employees (booking accommodation, tickets).
Entering invoices into the system and working closely with the Accounting department.
Fluent English and Polish.
