This position requires on-site presence at our offices in the Axxes Business Park in Merelbeke.

Although the business language is English, proficiency in Dutch is highly recommended.

An overview of your tasks and responsibilities:

You are responsible for reception and logistical follow-up of visitors to the office in close collaboration with management and colleagues. You are the point of contact for visitors, customers, and suppliers.

You handle a number of supportive office tasks such as welcoming and registering visitors, organizing catering, arranging other logistical needs (hotel/taxi/restaurant reservations), managing supplies and meeting rooms, creating purchase orders in SAP, and more.

Do you have a fluent writing style and creative mindset? Then we would be happy to use your skills to organize enjoyable events, thereby creating a strong sense of involvement among all colleagues.

With your organizational talent, you support designated members of the management team. This includes:

• Travel management (booking business trips, hotel reservations, visa applications, etc.)
• Calendar management for designated management members
• Assistance with projects and event organization in close collaboration with your colleagues

This is what you bring

• You hold a Professional Bachelor's or Master's degree in administrative/economic studies and can rely on first experience in a management support role in an international environment? Then you are certainly a suitable candidate.
• You are service-minded, an expert in organization and communication, and can see the bigger picture.
• Discreet and reliable
• Proactive and hands-on
• You have excellent administrative skills and good proficiency with MS Office
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
