Job Description

Our client is a Leading Financial Institution.

辦公室助理

職責

1. 負責送遞文件、銀行入數及其他外勤工作。
2. 負責處理日常內部文件傳遞 、分派郵件、分發報紙及雜誌、郵務等工作。
3. 負責巡查辦公室設施及檢查會議室器材。
4. 負責會議房場地設置及會議房活動間隔操作, 設施及物資搬運工作。
5. 協助監察承判商之安裝和維修、保養及裝修等工程。
6. 按情況配合不定時或超時工作。

資歷

1. 中三或以上程度
2. 兩年以上相關工作經驗
3. 良好中文程度,略懂英語
