We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to support our team with daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
Key responsibilities:
Data entry and document archiving
Administrative support for the team
Assisting with day-to-day office management
Handling correspondence (email, mail, phone)
Basic accounting tasks and invoicing
Participation in additional company projects
Requirements:
Good command of English (both written and spoken) – mandatory
Good knowledge of MS Office
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid Category B driving license
