Our Back-office team is looking for fresh blood – we’re currently looking for an Office Assistant who will help us in daily operations. Have you already taken your first steps in the vast world of administration and want to explore it further without the constraints of rigorous corporate structures? Please note: this is a part-time role, which requires working in our Warsaw office.

Responsibilities

• You will prepare HR documents and maintain employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• You will help onboard new hires, guiding them through their first days.
• You will manage employee queries and provide support on HR-related issues.
• You will support payroll processing by collecting and entering data.
• You will be responsible for taking care of the office, supporting shipping process and correspondence handling.

Requirements

• Fluent Polish and at least B2+ English – we work internationally so that’s a must,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets - you will work a lot with it,
• Top-notch collaboration and communication skills – we’re a team and we want you to be a part of it!
• Perfect time and task organization, focus on problem-solving and reaching maximum optimization,
• Preferably active student status.
