About the Role
A growing company specializing in security and technology solutions for regulated and industrial environments is seeking a dependable and organized Office Assistant to support daily operations. This organization focuses on integrating and maintaining complex systems while ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Key Details

  • Fully onsite position
  • 1+ year of relevant experience required
  • Experience with shipping & receiving preferred
  • Comfortable working in a small team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
  • Greet employees, clients, and visitors with excellent customer service
  • Manage documents, including scanning, labeling, and filing
  • Assist with scheduling and calendar coordination
  • Maintain organization of common areas and ensure supplies are stocked
  • Support meeting and event setup
  • Provide general administrative support across the office
  • Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • High attention to detail and organizational ability
