We are am currently looking for an Office Assistant.
This part-time position requires 20 to 30 hours per week, with additional hours needed during our busiest months: March, August, and September.
The role will require about 80% of the time to be spent at the Legacy studio/office. It would be ideal for someone with some experience from volunteer work at school who lives within a 20-mile radius of the office (Sandy Springs, Buckhead, Midtown, Smyrna).

Your duties will include:
-keep things organized
-prepare job bags
-manage the calendar
-confirm photographers for assignments
QualificationsThe skills and experience required for this position include:
· Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Good data entry skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
