REQUIREMENTS

• A High School Degree

• 1-3 years of experience in the same or similar job key activities

• Advanced or Fluent level of English and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Demonstrate an ability to thrive in a highly visible fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities

• Outstanding administrative & multitasking skills

• Willingness to learn

• Great listening skills, people skills, and telephone skills
  
  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
• Assist with event planning and implementation
• Support of sales and marketing departments
• All other activities according to Supervisor request in behalf of job position requirements
