Our agency is looking to fill a full-time, permanent Office Assistant 3 (OA3) vacancy within the Community Corrections Division. This position works for the Walla Walla Field Office located at 401 West Main Street, Walla Walla, WA 99362.
Under general supervision from the Office Support Supervisor 2 (OSS2), this position performs file management and routine, advanced clerical support tasks for the unit. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Provide Office Assistant services to Community Corrections Supervisor (CCS) and Community Corrections Officers (CCOs) for the Walla Walla Field Office for the purpose of assisting staff with paperwork, reports, schedules, and other day-to-day clerical work.

Telework Details
This position may be allocated for telework up to one day each week. Employees must use a reliable internet or cellular hotspot service at an authorized location within the state of Washington. Employees with an approved telework agreement in place are expected to perform assigned duties in a safe manner, take proper care of all state-issued equipment, and maintain confidentiality. You will be required to commute to a DOC facility or field office as business requires, which may include components of the onboarding and training process. Details will be provided before hire.
