Office and Events Coordinator

About Parser

Behind every great workplace is someone who makes it all happen.

Founded in 2018, Parser is a global technology consultancy helping organisations solve complex business challenges through digital transformation, product development, and AI enablement. Today, we're home to more than 340 people across Europe (UK, Spain, Portugal), the Americas (US, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia), and the Middle East. As we continue to grow, we believe our people and culture are what set us apart.

As our Office and Events Coordinator, you'll play a key role in bringing that culture to life. From creating memorable events and fostering an engaging workplace to ensuring our London office operates seamlessly, you'll help shape the day-to-day experience of our people while collaborating with colleagues across our global teams.

Why Join Us?

If you're passionate about creating memorable experiences, enjoy bringing people together, and thrive in a role where no two days are the same, we'd love to meet you. This is an opportunity to take ownership of both our workplace experience and event delivery, building relationships across an international business while making a visible impact on our culture, employee experience, and London office environment.

You'll collaborate with colleagues across Marketing, People, Sales, IT, and Leadership, working with global teams while owning the experience locally.

How will you impact?

As our Office and Events Coordinator, you'll take ownership of our London office, ensuring it operates seamlessly while leading the planning and delivery of memorable events and workplace experiences. Working closely with colleagues across our global teams, you'll create an environment where employees, clients, and visitors enjoy spending time, while helping bring Parser's culture to life.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver internal events, company celebrations, team socials, client events, workshops, and international office visits from concept through to execution.
  • Partner with the Marketing and Sales teams to support the delivery of recurring and ad hoc events, ensuring every detail is executed to an exceptional standard.
  • Champion employee engagement by organising workplace initiatives, celebrations, wellbeing activities, and experiences that strengthen Parser's culture.
  • Own the day-to-day operations of the London office, creating a welcoming, organised, and professional environment for employees, visitors, candidates, and clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for facilities, suppliers, building management, office services, workplace logistics, and office administration.
  • Coordinate local onboarding and offboarding activities in partnership with the People Team, helping to create a seamless employee experience.
  • Collaborate with global teams across Marketing, People, IT, Finance, and Operations to support international initiatives, company-wide events, and local office requirements.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships across all levels of the business, external partners, and suppliers.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience managing office operations, workplace facilities, suppliers, office budgets, or day-to-day office administration.
