Job Description

The Office Aide II reports to the principal and is responsible for providing administrative and clerical assistance in order to ensure effective and efficient campus administrative operations.

Qualifications: Education/Certification:

  • High school diploma or GED

Special Knowledge/Skills:

  • Proficient word processing, file maintenance skills, and 10-key skills
  • Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
  • Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets, databases, and perform word processing
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Ability to meet established deadlines
  • The incumbent must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of an Office Aide II.

Experience

  • One to three years office experience, preferably in public education environment.

Starting Salary Range: $27,898 - $33,783

Work Calendar: 217 Days

Salary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience.
