IRC is looking for a competent candidate to be hired as Office Aide cum cleaner based at Peshawar office with the following major responsibilities.

• Clean office rooms, corridors, washrooms, kitchen, and common areas daily.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum office floors and furniture.
• Clean windows, doors, glass partitions, and office equipment as required.
• Empty waste bins and ensure proper disposal of garbage.
• Replenish consumable supplies such as soap, tissue paper, and drinking water.
• Maintain cleanliness of office kitchen and pantry areas.
• Ensure washrooms remain clean, hygienic, and fully stocked.
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors when required.
• Assist in arranging meeting rooms before and after meetings.
• Deliver and collect documents within the office and nearby locations as instructed.
• Support photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution tasks.
• Assist in moving office supplies, furniture, and equipment when needed.
• Monitor and report maintenance issues, shortages, and repair requirements

Position Reports to: Supply Chain Officer of IRC and Admin officer of CDM-Smith

Language Skills:

· Must be fluent in Urdu & Pashto.
