We are looking to hire an Office Administrator to join our successful and dynamic team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, then you are fit for the role!

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, answer inquiries, manage guest arrivals, and handle telephone calls and messages.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, supplies, equipment, mail, shipping, bills, errands, and ensuring common areas are clean and well maintained.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and the landlord, including placing orders, managing invoices, and ensuring timely payments.
• Support office events, staff welfare initiatives, employee wellbeing resources, and general HR and administrative activities.
• Assist with social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, and basic performance reporting.
• Arrange business travel, schedule meetings, and provide general administrative support to staff and visitors.
• Handle hotel-related guest inquiries, provide information about available services and the surrounding area, and respond to complaints or issues professionally.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve office organization, efficiency, and employee experience.
• Perform additional administrative and operational duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Active listening skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Strong organizational skills to plan, prioritize and execute duties
• Strong interpersonal skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing work demands
• Excellent command of the English & Greek language both verbal and written (native or fluent English and Greek speaker)

• On site role, based in Limassol
