Job Description

Your day-to-day:

• Be the first point of contact for guests and external partners visiting our Kaunas office.
• Manage daily office operations: ordering supplies, handling deliveries, and coordinating maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate internal events, celebrations, and team activities.
• Assist employees with day-to-day needs, including ordering gifts and providing resources or support when needed.
• Help drive office improvement and administrative projects.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely invoicing.
• Manage assigned office budgets and track related expenses.
• Ensure site operations follow health and safety requirements.

• Friendly, people-focused attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and responsible mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and quick to learn.
• Openness to feedback and willingness to learn and grow from it.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian (both verbal and written).
• Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles would be an advantage.

Salary:

• Gross salary: 1500 - 1900 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
