School Information:

Four Points Preparatory Academy is a tuition-free public charter school in Braselton serving students in grades K-6. We shape instruction to build on the strengths and abilities of each student and integrate Moral Focus™ lessons into every school day. As a result, our students are well-prepared from kindergarten through eighth grade. A Stanford University study found National Heritage Academies partner-school students gained the equivalent of 3.5 months of additional learning each year compared to peers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update bookkeeping at the school and oversee the accounting process.

  • Maintain receptionist responsibilities and support an office environment that is supportive to visitors, parents, and students.

  • Ensure that security procedures are strictly followed by overseeing the visitor management system.

  • Complete correspondence, memoranda, and reports for the school principal, as well as maintain the calendar and appointments for school leadership.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Associate degree and/or 2-4 years’ experience in an office or school-related administrative position.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
