Administrator Officer - Fleet & People Support

Base Contracting is looking for an organised and proactive Administrator Officer to support our fleet operations and wider business administration functions.

This is a varied role where you'll work closely with our Fleet Manager, helping keep our fleet compliant, maintained, and running efficiently while also supporting payroll, PPE management, and general office administration.

Ideally this is a full-time role however we also welcome applications from suitable candidates who prefer less than full-time, for example to fit around school hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage fleet compliance records including WOFs, COFs, registrations, and RUCs.
• Coordinate fleet and plant servicing, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
• Support fleet systems including NAVMAN, Gearbox, and Connecteam.
• Assist with payroll administration, timesheet reviews, and employee documentation.
• Manage PPE stock, ordering, distribution, and record keeping.
• Support procurement, insurance claims, supplier coordination, and hire plant administration.
• Assist with general office administration, staff communications, training coordination, and company events.
