Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Office Administrator to be the backbone of our Hanoi operations. You will ensure a professional workspace for our engineering teams and serve as the vital link between Hanoi, HCM, and our regional APAC Ops team.

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Management: Lead the office setup and daily operations (building management, utilities, supplies).
• Operational Support: Bridge workflows between Hanoi and HCM, managing documents and payments (via Project A).
• HR & Admin: Support onboarding for new engineers, manage local timesheets, and track attendance.
• Corporate Alignment: Report to the APAC Ops team to ensure local activities meet global standards.

Requirements

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in Office Admin/Ops (Tech or Global company experience is a plus).
• Language: Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English.
• Skills: Strong organization, independent problem-solving, and MS Office proficiency.
• Mindset: Proactive, "can-do" attitude, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
