Dawn Meats is a premium meat processor and supplier of choice for a range of leading supermarket, foodservice and restaurant businesses. Established in 1980, Dawn Meats is an industry leader with annual revenues of over €4.5bn, employing over 12,000 staff in 13 countries and exporting to over 70 countries. We are looking for an experienced office administrator to join our Exports Admin Team.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Handling a high volume of emails and information in a time critical manner.
• Processing, inputting accurately, all data required to facilitate our Exports.
• Provide full administrative support to the Exports Department.
• Maintaining and organizing records and documents.
• Managing internal and external communications.
• Implementing and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

The ideal Candidate will:

• Have minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Have first-rate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
• Have the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Have the ability to work in a faced-paced environment in an efficient and calm manner.
• Be highly organised with strong attention to detail and have the ability to manage a busy workload.
• Must have the ability to prioritise.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills both spoken and written.
• A knowledge and understanding of logistics, particularly associated with Exports, would be beneficial but not necessary.
