- Be the main point of contact with the landlord/property management, handle rent payments, office maintenance, and utility/internet issues. - Manage office supplies, stock snacks/drinks, and help employees with daily work requests (e.g., onboarding setup, equipment). - Purchase office/welfare items, process local expenses, and coordinate with HQ on admin tasks. - Handle other office-related assignments as needed.

- 2+ years of admin/office management experience, able to work independently. - Bilingual capability in both English and Chinese . - Organized, detail-oriented, good at problem-solving and communication. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
